Quiet Affordable Residences in a convenient area

The units are fairly updated, the amenities are always functional and available, theres no noise heard between units, nights are mostly quiet. The maintenance is responsive and attentive. The leasing agents are easily accessible snd professional. Oversll i have enjoyed my stay here.

Alright

Lived here for 1.5 years and the gates to enter the premises have been messed up almkst every week since living here. The staff have all completely turned over. They implemented a ridiculous visitor and resident parking situation. They implemented a new pool pass policy for residents and we need to wear bracelets. They are about to inplement a new resident water payment plan for new leases affer may 2024 that will charge you based on the building usage + the square feet of your apartment instead of a flat rate. The package delivery system is not sustainable and sometimes you have to go to the leasing office to get your package becahse the lockers are full. This is a great location and the company knows this, which is why they are able to increase regulations on all tenants and fees keep adding up. I have had friends booted and regularly see the entire row of visitor parking booted any given weekend. The elevators do not work sometimes on the monroe side. There is dog pee in the stairwells usually. This is a big housing company so i get what they are doing but it makes me sad that i pay $2k/mo and all these issues keep happening and are expected. There is no stopping this company frol continuing to exploit Atlanta but at the same time the location is the best in the entire city. Thank you Gables
