Mid-level Luxury

I have lived here for around 9 months. I have enjoyed my time as a tenant so far, though there are a few areas that could be improved. For starters, having no guest parking is a large frustration for me and my roommate. We have a great apartment in a great location, yet our friends rarely come over due to no guest parking. Street parking is limited, expensive, and not the safest given being in the city. The amenities are very nice; however, we have been told to leave the grill area on a nice night due to having five guests (two roommate apartment), despite being the only ones using the area. Noise level is pretty decent, though the walls are fairly thin so can sometimes become an issue. Overall, this is still the nicest apartment I have lived in. I believe it is a good luxury apartment without the high price tag that comes with others in the area. I don't foresee myself moving from here, there are just a few concerns that if address would make this the perfect complex.

No incident, have enjoyed and still enjoing being part of this community. Excellent and respectful responsible staff. I recall with deep respect, orlando , John, the eilderly Asian man and others, great personalities! Please keep up the good job!

Great Location

11th St is great because it is off the main road so a little quieter, next to the Fed so feels very safe, and also so walkable and convenient to restaurants and Piedmont Park and Georgia Tech. The apartments are a little small but lovely, maintenance is quick, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The price is a lot and there is no guest parking, which are the biggest down sides. We have been very happy here for a few years now.
