I love living at MAA Riverside this has been one of the most pleasant experiences these last 2 years.
Beautiful Property
I'm truly in love with MAA Riverside. The staff is beyond kind and professional and the property is gorgeous.
Ideal property location, needs more maintenance
We have enjoyed our one year at MAA riverside. The loction and layout of the property is great. Overall, I’d love to see more maintenance of the property within the gated area. The town square is always kept nicely, however the gated portion needs some work. The exterior of alot of buildings and the interior entryways show their age. Dog poop is also an on going issue, perhaps more singage and the advisory of a fee warning if dog poop is not disposed of properly could help. It’s difficult to maintained a shared community, but perhaps if it was more consistently groomed more people would take pride in where they live.
