Amazing Location in Midtown

Marq on Ponce has been my home for the past five years, and I can't say enough good things about it. The location is fantastic – it's super easy to hop on the highway, get to Ponce, or head to the airport. And let me tell you, the parking situation is a dream. I've never had any issues with my car, which is a huge relief in Midtown. The maintenance team deserves a shoutout too. They're always quick to respond and fix things, although I've hardly needed their help because everything is kept in great shape. And the staff? They're wonderful. Always friendly and ready to lend a hand whenever you need it. But one of my favorite things about Marq on Ponce is having access to not just one, but two gyms. It's so convenient to be able to squeeze in a workout without having to leave the complex. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic living experience in Atlanta.

This complex is truly the perfect place for me! Not only am I pleased with everything about my unit, I also appreciate the amenities available to residents. This area of town is walkable, exciting, and full of opportunities. I can see myself living here for a few years! Marq on Ponce is a hidden gem!

I love it here

Just recently moved at the beginning of March. So far everything has been perfect. The apartment building and gym are always clean, maintenance it quick to respond and you can not beat the location.

It’s City living but still home

In my personal opinion, living at marq on ponce is perfect for anyone who works within the city of Atlanta and still is able to move around the metro area if needed. With being close to everything Atlanta offers , Its very much a city life aspect to the property as you are right in the heart of Atlanta. The property is usually pretty quiet throughout the day on the inside including weekends however outside you are in the middle of the city so keep this in mind if you like it to be quiet all the time outside.
