I've lived here for a year, and just renewed for another year. I am from OTP and was hesitant about moving to ATL, due to all the things you hear and see. So far, I've had a great stay, comfortable, and maintenance is always available and prompt when needed. Living in the city, there are some downfalls such as parking and noise, however, that is an uncontrollable for the community and management group. Would recommend to anyone that is unsure about moving to the city, or nervous about living alone.
