Great value apartment

Very nice, quiet area. Good value for an apartment with a nice interior and a pleasant pond area behind the apartments. The policies are quite strict, and redefining what constitutes a late payment based on how long someone's lived in an apartment was quite scummy, but otherwise the staff has been great and I've been very happy with the complex.

Noise from Apartment above

The tenants above us have made so much noise since we've moved her in October, it's become quite unbearable, If it's not their dog whining at all hours, it's they themselves jumping/ rolling/bouncing/ wrestling causing noise levels that I find are completely unacceptable. Of course I understand living in tight quarters like an aparment there is some noise coming from other apartments, creaking etc. But this level is just uncalled for. They don't have any consideration that they are above other living humans, and make noise at all hours right above our bedroom. The rent is not cheap here and I would hope that something can be done about this.

Great place in Ann Arbor

I lived here for about fourteen months. Great place to live, with great location and friendly staff. My only complaint is the requirement to pay for unnecessary trash valet service.

Great value for amenities!

I’ve loved living here. The room is spacious, with a great view of the pond, which is a very picturesque feature. The close proximity to a bus stop is incredibly nice as well. The staff is also incredibly responsive and the few maintenance issues I have had were fixed almost immediately. Would recommend this place!
