What others love about this property:
poor maintenance response
After being here for a year, I am still amazed at the beauty of the area. The units are as expected for the price. They are a bit dated, especially the appliances. Aside from poor maintenance responses (it may take months to get something fixed), this is a good value for living in the area.
Great Property
A few maintenance issues here and there, but the team is usually pretty quick to address the issue (which is impressive if you consider the size/number of units on-site). I would strongly suggest creating a better maintenance schedule for the pool(s). It’s an awesome ammenity, but oftentimes it seems that the pool area is closed during peak season. I understand that there are certain maintenance issues beyond everyone’s control, but it would be nice to know that the pool, outdoor area, and hot tub are always accessible. In all, I truly belueve that the property management team has significantly improved. Keep up the good work guys!
Decent place to live
I have no large complaints. The area is very scenic and the management attends to issues quickly. If anything, the cost of living has driven the rent up, which detracts from the value. Otherwise I rate this about a 4/5 in terms of housing.
beautiful place physically; weak sense of community
I've lived at Altezza now for 3 years. I find my apartment quite comfortable, and I enjoy very much using the pool space, the grills and the hottub. Staff are generally quite courteous and professional. My main reason for considering another place to live is that there is a very weak sense of cohesion amongst the residents. People rarely say hello to each other, or interact at all. There is no sense of community. Perhaps there can be some activities promoted by management to improve this aspect of an otherwise fine place to live.
