Overall Not a Bad Place to Live - Location is the Best Part
I've only been living here a few months, but I've noticed a few things that you can't help but notice. The vending machines in the laundry room do not work, half of the washing/drying machines don't work, The public area that has/had places to relax like hammocks have been destroyed and no one has bothered to fix them or replace them. The walls are paper thin so the person above you sounds like they are going to fall through the ceiling and their smoke from cigarette's permeate through the walls. When you call the office they seem to genuinely appreciate the call, but there is no follow-up and everything is still the same.
