Home sweet home
This was my first apartment I rented since I moved to albuquerque was a good choice.
My personal experience
It’s been very peaceful quiet. I usually get a good parking when I come home earlier rather than later and the premises are kept very nice. I do not like the water being turned off a lot, but it has not been lately and id so its just a short time!
Good Place
It's a good, quiet spot to live, but the parking company is kind of tow happy. The rent could definitely be lower too. The staff are amazing though! Always polite and professional!
Emergency Response
As a new 30-day resident, the recent unexpected leak on a Friday night, required fast action. All things considered and replacement of carpet, walls, mold remediation and other things being completed...I feel was an acceptable response time. Granted, I travel for work, and avoided most of the inconvenience. I feel it was handled appropriately. Your staff response and communication were exceptional. I arrive later and will view the final result. At this stage, I would recommend prospective renters to consider Arrowhead as an exceptional option.
