Maintenance guy Doug

I had an issue with a dishwasher that was bad in my apartment. No one could seem to fix the problems as it was at the end of its life. Office staff Danes safety advised that I wouldn’t be getting a replacement. But she put in an additional ticket. I spoke to Doug and he looked at it. He just left me a message that the dishwasher would be replaced. He has been awesome at fixing this since I have been here since 2019.

Doug is super friendly

I always Love when I can count on the maintenance staff for fixing any issues inside my unit. I had an especially great experience with Doug, he is Genuine and got my problem fixed fast.
