I'm a life long Twin Cities Resident and former home owner! I've researched, very carefully for a place to drop anchor for the last time, when I came across Legends at Berry Apartments I stopped looking. This location is situated like an Island in between two cities. It has access to both cities transportation infrastructures and close access to river scenic parks. The property has all I need to exist with little of the stressful factors of my working life. I have only lived here for only three plus months, but I anticipate that this is going to work. If you like urban life in a great metropolitan area, this would be a great place to start. I'm still

This is not my house. It is my home. My neighbors are friendly and helpful. I stopped outside my apartment door one day. I was tired. I wanted to catch my breath before going in the door. My neighbor ask "do you need help? Can I help". It made me smile. The management staff are polite and helpful. Jerry is the good guy He can fix anything. Just complete a work order. Jerry completes the work. Joan is the bad guy. Not really! She is the one with the answers to all your questions. The answer is not always 'yes'. This is my home. I love it here.

Your staff takes good care of me and I feel safe. I ask very little and whatever I do ask, my wishes are answered, thank you. I try very hard to not be selfish with the water/heat/AC/noise, and I love my summer garden.

I've lived here for about 2 years and have been very happy with the decision. The location is excellent, a short trip to many destinations in Minneapolis & St Paul. While there aren't many businesses within walking distance (though there are some great ones), Midway, Prospect Park, & Stadium Village are very close and have tons of shops and restaurants. The building is kept clean and well maintained, and has tons of amenities. My favorites are the parcel locker and coworking spaces, which I really appreciates as someone who works from home. And I really love my apartment. My favorite features are the large windows, large bathroom mirror, and modern appliances. I also really love my apartment's floor layout, which makes my otherwise small studio apartment feel a bit more spacious. Also the staff are great. I don't have to interact with them too often, they do a great job keeping things running in the background. But when I do they're always friendly.

I've lived here for over a year and recently renewed my lease. I love the central location and convenient access to public transportation. The amenities are great, and everything is kept up well. Staff are nice to work with and respond to inquiries quickly.

Specifically, it serves as the capital city of Minnesota, and many renters in town work for the state government. St. Paul is also known for its beautiful historic landmarks, such as the James J. Hill House and Cathedral of St. Paul. If you're an architecture or history buff, you'll also enjoy renting here. Renters also have no shortage of fun things to do in St. Paul, from exploring acclaimed museums to watching hockey games and concerts at the Xcel Energy Center. Moreover, St. Paul's vibrant neighborhoods offer diverse dining experiences ranging from cozy cafes to upscale restaurants. The arts scene thrives, with galleries and theaters enriching the cultural landscape. Its extensive trail system beckons outdoor enthusiasts, making it a haven for cyclists and joggers alike. Truly, St. Paul seamlessly marries the past and present in its streets. There are also plenty of parks and recreation areas that renters can take advantage of, particularly during the summer months. While winters in St. Paul are often very cold, renters take it in stride, celebrating with the St. Paul Winter Carnival each year.

    Renting in St. Paul, MN

Renting in Saint Paul offers a more affordable alternative to living in nearby Minneapolis. In fact, rental prices here are also more affordable than the national average. Many of these feature historic rentals with lots of charm, including classic Victorian architecture and Craftsman bungalows dating back to the early 20th century. Notably, Saint Paul's neighborhoods tend to be very quiet and laidback, but still offer plenty of urban convenience for local renters. Most neighborhoods are also very walkable and are set on a grid system that's easy to navigate. Additionally, the downtown area features many high-rise and mid-rise apartment complexes, many of which have views of the Mississippi River and surrounding area. Otherwise, neighborhoods outside of downtown feature a mix of single-family homes and smaller apartment buildings.
