Home since 2019 and since new owners it has been very comfortable to live in. Maintenance is always on top on things and emergency requests. Neighbors are always friendly and keep to themselves. It’s a great place to live and close to freeway. Very convenient to kids schools. Thanks.

Let me start by saying the location of The Henry is truly unmatched. It is right on the Foss Waterway, so you have the canal, boats, walking paths, restaurants, and even museums right outside the property. The Light Rail is also nearby so we can go downtown easily. Next, the staff is phenomenal - caring, helpful, attentive, and friendly. They immediately made us feel like we have a home, that we are part of their community. That seems rare nowadays, so it is a wonderful thing to experience! And the property itself? It ticked off all our checkboxes - nice community room, secure parcel delivery lockers, 2 gym rooms, outdoor grills, secure parking (and another parking garage for guests), and since it is a pet friendly property there is even a dog bathing station and rooftop "bathroom" area (but most people just walk outside to the very large grass areas that have bag stations). After 4 months here we are LOVING it!!! So happy we chose The Henry! A special shoutout to Brandi and Melissa - you are the best! Thanks for making us feel like family.

I have no complaints. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
