    I have been at the Promenade at Reflection Lakes for approx 4yrs. It is a beautiful property that is quiet and peaceful. Very satisfied wuth staff and maintenance.

    I have lived here for a few weeks. Everyone who works here was super helpful with getting me settled. Maintenance came right away to fix what was wrong. It is a nice, quiet community.

    Just moved in at the end of the year. The process was smooth, the management and leasing staff was stellar, the unit was clean and ready for me when I arrived and the community is beautiful, peaceful and I love the walking path around the lake.

    I have been living in this community for the past two years and I have to say, the changes from when we first moved in to now has greatly improved. There were some slight issues when we moved two years ago, but nowadays, things are pretty calm. There are plenty events to participate each month, which is nice if you want to meet your neighbors or others in your community. The internet is pretty decent, and the ethernet is great! Staff is quick to help you out whenever you have a problem, and if your A/C goes out (which it doesn't too often but sometimes because it gets hot down here), maintenance has your back. I would recommend this community if you are moving away from home for the first time or if you want to wait it out before buying a home. Plus, the area this community in is pretty nice - lots of stores and restaurants nearby that if you don't know what you want to eat, you have plenty of options!

    The move in process was smooth and effortless. From the moment I drove on the property I was impressed. The people who work in the office were attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt welcomed and the aesthetic felt like "home". The people who live there seem just as friendly and welcoming. Everyone was smiles and waves as I toured the complex.
