Its a very nice experience to live there but the maintenance service is - o . Its been more than 3 months since i been asking to fixe my entrance closet and the ceiling of my bathroom . Until this day no body never show up to fixed them for me . Its like im living like a djonky inside my appartement while paying $1668 somethings $ 1721 every month. The staff in the office are so nice thats the only reason i stay quiet . Bit its not professional the way they handle the repair services .

I've lived at the MK for over a year and a half, and it has been a fantastic experience. The staff is incredible–they helped me arrange a last-minute transfer to a new unit at the end of my previous lease, and they're always quick to answer questions. Paired with a fantastic location, it's well worth the price tag!

The MK has been the best place I have lived in the Indianapolis, IN area. The management is incredible. They always keep the place extremely clean, create a welcoming atmosphere, communicate with residents in a timely manner, and always greet guests and residents with a smile.

Great experience overall! Best part is the staff (both maintenance and managers including the GM). Location and design really well thought out. Doors and windows could use some rethinking, but overall quality is solid.
