Its conducive to study, live, and sleep in an ample space unit. Maintenance and staff are really cooperative and easy to deal with. There is an open channel of communication and the end in mind. This is a perfect place for us.

Staff and maintenance are fantastic

This is the second apartment I have resided in, in Las Vegas and it is very nice. The environment and community is really clean, neighbors are nice, the noise level is fine, surrounded by convenient stores.

There are no second thoughts, no doubts living at level 25 cactus location has been amazing, the amenities, the activities, the updates as to what is happening on the property is second to none, fast service, friendly people, kid friendly. The appearance is great, love this place.

We moved here from another Picerne property and the difference is Night and Day. This property has every amenity you could wish for and more. Staff is top notch and responds quickly with any request. We have only been here a few weeks and this place feels like home from Day 1. I have recommended this property to all my friends and I expect a few will be following me here...

I have lived in these apartments for eight years and for the most part everything has been great. The location is great and usually no issues with any of the residents or staff or the surrounding neighbourhood. Older apartments slowly being upgraded as people move in and move out

This place is one of the nicest complexes I've lived in, Amenities are all extremely high quality, apartment floorplans are extra spacious and staff are all very nice. Best place I've lived in hands down.

The Neon is a great place to live, laugh and become social again. I couldnt ask for better neighbors who are friendly and respectful of the space. The courtyard in the center makes it especially unique and miaes for more of a backyard BBQ feel.

Nice to live. Nce community, Convenient to shopping and freeway. Renovated apartments are beautiful with new appliances, but older apartments are showing age. Amenities offered including updated gym. Overall, I recommend this community for comfortable living/

My husband and I have been here since April 2003. The staff, both office and maintenance, have been friendly, professional and caring. Our apartment was recently renovated and all maintenance requests have been promptly resolved. The property is well maintained, very quiet, and ideally located with bus stops nearby and grocery stores, banks and 2 malls within walking distance. My only 4 stars for "Value" is due to the high rent, but this unfortunately is a Las Vegas-wide phenomenom.

I like living here, i have been here about a year and half. We love it, its quiet and the maintenance crew are fantastic. I put in a request and the next day its taken care of. Over all the apt is great. Its one of largest floorplans around. Great place to live

Paramount Apartments is the best location, as Las Vegas continues to grow, as it is close to 15 fwy, 215 fwy, the strip, Southwest, Summerlin, and all the places needed. Property is a bit older but overall great!

I feel safe and secure. It quiet and I am pleased to live here!

This property is amazing from the exterior aesthetic and the friendly and helpful front office staff. The neighbors are great an the property is maintained beautifully.
