Love my place!! Feels like home and felt that way from day 1!!

The place is quite and peacefull. They maintain the cleanliness of the surroundings.

We have lived here since shortly after the apartment was built, so we were the first residents in our unit. The prices have definitely risen since we moved in, but the value was amazing for what we were paying. Maintenance crew are SO nice, helpful, and responsive, as is John the security guard. Front office is hit or miss, but I haven’t had any huge problems with them. They are generally helpful when you can get ahold of them. The location is really nice, and generally quiet in comparison to other Atlanta apartments. The pool has been closed a lot, but last year was due to post-covid equipment shortages, and this year due to residents breaking glass in the pool, so I don’t fault the apartment staff. The issues in the building are really due to other residents being neglectful, but the staff seem to handle issues well and in a timely manner. Felt really lucky to have found this apartment when we did, we had a positive experience overall. Thanks for everything!

My husband and I lived in Balfour Chastain for 2 yrs. The staff was on point with any problems we had. Staffs were very quick with email responses! Residents at Balfour Chastain are very inconsiderate people. They use up the parking spaces, parties on weekends and they will ask us to move the car so they can use the whole parking row lot to put the children's bouncer, children knock on doors, and children don't look around at their surrounding as if they don't care if cars are passing through the parking lot, and blasting their music inside their apartment. For the laundromat, there were several cases dryer took the money from jamming...it sucked that we couldn't get the money back. While living there for 2 yrs., I think we lost like $20.

My experience had been awesome. I enjoy living in Brookhaven. Im also very close to 85north and aouth. I also, like that im not far from Buckhead and downtown. This place is i. The middle of everything. This location is really what sold it for me. Then the apartments are hige i side. You have enough space for a livingroom set dining set and you can out a patio set on the outside porch. This is in the two bedrooms. The maintenance team keeps the protnice and clean.

We just moved in and the move in process was relatively easy. Some of the apartments are pretty far away from the elevator which can be tough.

Having lived here since the summer of 2023, I can attest to the attentiveness of the manager and staff to the residents and being responsive to our requests and needs. Even when less-than-desirable situations have occurred, they have worked diligently to remedy and find solutions to the problem(s). A recent example has been their reinstalling the entrance gate to the resident parking on the main street. It has resolved any troublesome issues with the safety of resident vehicles an all too common problem in other complexes, particularly in Midtown. This focus on real-time problem resolution is truly one reason I chose this complex. I did not want to suffer seeing my vehicle broken into. The staff also regularly hosts food and social gatherings to stimulate community development. Lastly, the fact that the rental office staff go out of their way to know your first name and always have a cheerful smile when you encounter them, demonstrates that they appreciate that great customer service is an invaluable asset in their industry. And it goes a long way in creating a welcoming and friendly environment that we the residents truly can call home.

My experience here has been great but I've noticed a few things that have been happening: grills not working, trash chute getting clogged up, pet owners leaving dog dropping in the hallways.

So far I have not had any issues besides the renos in the beginning but everything else is cool. For the amount of people over here the noise is very minimum. People will be people but everybody petty much mind their business and go to work.
