Just moved into the building this month. All staff from management to super to concierge seem wonderful. Was a little disappointed to have to pay an amenity fee after being told that the building did not have an amenity fee. When we applied for the apartment there was not amenity fee associated with the apartment and we feel that should have been grandfathered in. Other than this issue everything seems to be good.

At Tower28, the management team is communicative and supportive, always ready to assist. The amenities are fantastic, from the well-equipped gym to the nice rooftop terrace. Highly recommended.
