I am a parent of an out of state student at UCSD. Naiza is extremely helpful answering questions and making the application process easy. Naiza continues to be helpful even after move in, not just during the application process. The office staff was also very helpful on move in day. Maintenance has attended to our request within 24 hours of putting in a service request.

I am the parent of an out of state student at UCSD. Naiza was very helpful and answered all my questions (I had a lot) in a timely manner. She made me feel very comfortable having my daughter live. The move in process was very easy. Jackie and Joe were both welcoming and helpful the day we moved in. It has been a month, and we have had two service requests. Maintenance has fixed the issues within 24 hours of our request.

Living at Mirabella has been an overwhelmingly positive experience for me. From its convenient location near freeway entrances to its proximity to great food, restaurants, and shops, this apartment complex offers easy access to all the main areas of San Diego. The leasing office staff has been consistently professional and helpful, while maintenance requests are handled promptly and with exceptional customer service, particularly by Jerry, the maintenance lead. Parking has never been an issue for my household or guests, and any concerns I've had have been addressed quickly. I appreciate Mirabella's commitment to fostering a sense of community through regular special themed events, as well as their transparent and effective communication regarding unexpected matters or news such as fire alarms, pool and spa maintenance, and other important updates. Mirabella has exceeded my expectations in every aspect, making it an outstanding place to call home for the past five years. From its convenient location and excellent amenities to the professional assistance from the leasing office and prompt maintenance service, this apartment complex offers a truly exceptional living experience. The commitment to fostering a sense of community and transparent communication further enhances the overall satisfaction of residents. I wholeheartedly recommend Mirabella to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable living environment in San Diego.
